　　该电影以民国民俗悬疑为题材，讲述了一个二十年前的悲剧，以及二十年后的探秘之旅。在二十年前，龙二奎（由刘交心扮演）在赶山途中救助山中麻风病院，但一次误用山中药材却引发了一场悲剧。二十年后，龙二奎携带徒弟林耀山（由张倬闻扮演）等人再次踏上赶山之路，寻找未知的秘密。
